Abstract
A design is proposed for a multi-functional centre as part of a redevelopment scheme for the Kumasi Central Business District (C. B. D.)
It is to provide essential services to its immediate environs though it is envisaged that as a C. B. D. development, It will perform on a regional and national scale.
The scheme is designed to utilize advanced technology and should be realizable by the year 2010.
