This study examines which of the three types of fixed deposits on sale from three financial institutions ; Barclays Bank Of Ghana limited, Ghana Commercial Bank and Fidelity Bank Limited at defined rates and periods when purchased yields the best returns. The method employed was discrete dynamic programming technique. Results of the study indicated that investment at Fidelity Bank Limited yields more returns comparable to Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited and Ghana Commercial Bank.
