dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, Primal-dual method, which is one of the interior-point methods, was used to assist the improvement of revenue generation e orts at Sunyani West District Assembly. The data which was collected from the Sunyani West District Assembly was modeled into objective function and subject to constraints. The matrices generated were investigated as well as an implementation of numerical iteration of the models to determine the e cient income genera-tion strategy for the Assembly. THe result shows that the Assembly can raise its revenue to GH¢1358357.28 annually which represents an appreciable 52.12% increase in the Assembly's revenue. | en_US |
