    Antobam Dairy Complex - Onwi
    (1986) Amankwah, William Kofi
The design proposals make provision for the continuous supply of milk, butter and cheese from the complex to the regional market. Having established the feasibility of having a dairy complex, special studies were made into the various requirements necessary for maintaining an optimum daily milk production level of 2,000 litres. These include studies into the production processes; structures for housing the basic facilities as well as supporting facilities; personnel establishment; distribution and future expansion. The recommendations made, culminate in architectural expressions which would serve as a model for subsequent similar projects.
