    Volta River Authority (VRA), Training and Development Centre

    This report is presented in parts in order of execution of the study. a) The first stage deals with documentation and analysis of the situation at the training centre’s present premises to serve as an exhibit for justification and basis for the formulation of statement of intent. b) The second stage deals with general studies related to the operations of training centres and also their technical studies to serve as an information bank and to guide the evolution of a meaningful design proposal or brief. c) The third stage is information on design proposal which include (i) Design Concepts; (ii)- Appraisal of the design by way of drawings The report is illustrated with diagrams, photographs etc for the purpose of clear distinction between information on the design proposals and pre-design information, the first two stages of the study are put together to constitute the first part and the third stage constitutes the part two of the report
