    The study was to assess the quality of domestic water sources at Kintampo. Kintampo town was divided into 5 strata (stratified sampling technique), and out of 200 hand-dug wells, 30 were selected for the study at random. The 3 mechanized boreholes operating in the town and the treated water were also selected.
