    Obstacles to infrastructure financing in the public sector: the case of Urban Road Projects in Accra

    Infrastructure development has been noted as one imperative pathway for socio-economic development of any country. Yet many developing countries still face the challenge of providing infrastructure. Among other things, finance has been a major issue when it comes to infrastructural development particularly urban road projects. This study was conducted to ascertain the various obstacles that inhibit urban roads financing in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
