    The Business Plan Guide
    (1996-02-28) Pepra, Yaw Abu
The need for an appropriate method of business organization, and its associated advantages to the entrepreneur prompted this purpose of study. Most small scale entrepreneurs hardly bother with methodical and appropriate planning of their business schedules. “They often pursue their activities through basic instincts and a shrewd approach of knowing where to go or what is required”. This method though quite rewarding, can be much more successful if methodically planned and designed more professionally. Reasons necessitating such tactical planning results from advantages and rewards associated with it. The possibility of attaining prompt and positive response for assistance from financial houses, developing of new strategies in marketing, a clear and definate purpose of mission, and the pursuance of exploiting advantages with methodical planning are all essential needs of a small scale entrepreneur.
