dc.description.abstractThis dissertation is the cultural manifestation of the technical study conducted by the researcher. The main objective of investigating whether in line with modern socio-political and socio-economic development of Edina traditional area, the Edina people has affected the relevance of Edina Asafo was critically appreciated. The research looked into how the Edina Asafo Posts have influenced the modernization and urbanization of the Edina community. It also seeks to find out how the Asafo Posts have affected the Psyche of the Edina people as well as the political, religious, social, medical, economics, entertainment and educational (moral) standard of the people. This research is therefore to help attract and promote both local and foreign tourism in the Edina traditional area, and thereby help create income for the socio-economic development of the people, Edina and Ghana.en_US
