The focus of this study was to investigate into the impact of employee turnover of Ghana Post Company limited. A perception of high turnover was going on. Employees actually thought turnover was high. The study wanted to find out if that was true and if it was true, what was the impact. This study seeks to find out the impact of employee turnover at Ghana Post and find out the factors that contribute to employee turnover and their causes. A total of 50 subjects (29 males' 21 females) completed the survey instrument designed by the investigator. All data were analyzed using percentages and frequency count with the aid of SPSS « software package for the peculation of the descriptive statistics for the survey. Again, interview of some high-ranking management members of the company was conducted to get a first hand insight into the personnel selection practices of the company and junior staff. The result of the study shows employee turnover is low. Contrary to what was perceived. It was also found out that, despite all their complaints majority could not leave because they are unskilled labor. It was rather shown that, the skilled labour that is graduates and professionals are leaving since they have better options somewhere. It is therefore important to note that employee turnover can be addressed. It is therefore recommended that, Management should employ skilled labor, creating favorable conditions, should understand employee motivation and to check the genuity of the level of staff.  en_US
