The quantitative data was presented in tables, charts, descriptive and inferential statistics by the application of Linear regression analysis. The study observed the effects of Communication Technology, Application Software, Electronic Procurement Policy and ICT Technical Support Staff on Procurement Performance in the manufacturing industry in Ghana.
