There is generally a lack of information on them making them inaccessible to the public. Additionally, there are few or no guiding policy programmes for the design and construction industry and inadequate infrastructure and human resource skills in the retail and education of design. It is the aim that this study will bring out the, key issues affecting the design and construction industry and the aim to find out practical solutions that will resolve aid in resolving these issues.
