Abstract
This course introduces learners to the fundamental principles and practices of agribusiness.
It focuses on the management, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship aspects
within agricultural value chains. The course is designed for learners who aim to apply
knowledge in real-world settings. Emphasises is placed on practical skills for identifying
agribusiness opportunities, developing business plans, accessing finance, leveraging
technology, and responding to market demands. Through case studies, simulations,
and hands-on activities, learners will be equipped to operate and manage profitable
and sustainable agribusiness enterprises in Liberia and beyond.
Description
This manual serves as both a learning guide and a reference resource, designed to enable trainees to apply economic and managerial knowledge in real-world agribusiness settings.
